Eden Hazard danced through defenses, Diego Costa bullied defenders while racking up goals, and N'Golo Kanté covered every blade of grass, earning him the PFA Player of the Year award. Chelsea sealed the title with a 1-0 win over West Brom in May, setting off wild celebrations as the Blues finished with 93 points.
