The 1984-85 Everton season was nothing short of spectacular—a golden era for the Toffees that fans still cherish! Managed by the legendary Howard Kendall, Everton powered through the First Division, leaving rivals in the dust to claim their first league title in 15 years. With heroes like Peter Reid bossing the midfield, Graeme Sharp delivering jaw-dropping goals, and Neville Southall’s brilliant saves, they were practically unstoppable. Everton didn’t stop there, though—they went on to lift the European Cup Winners' Cup, thrashing Munich in the semis and cruising past Vienna in the final. And just for good measure, they added the Cup to their trophy haul, completing a near-treble in one of the most glorious seasons in English football history.
